- March 27, 2014, 7AM - MCSD School Board approves construction bid
- April 13, 2014 - 9th street closed for construction, construction fence in place
- June 1, 2015 - Jefferson Construction substantial completion
- August/September, 2015 - Final Work
- Late September, 2015 - Move in!
